Please contact Customer Service and confirm your status as an active Hilltop Member. Call: (866) 771-2010 and press “zero” to speak with an operator and bypass the automated system. Once your membership has been confirmed your account will be credited and your rate adjusted for future billing.

Please refrain from contacting Hilltop for resolving billing issues, it is the responsibility of the member to resolve billing issues regardless of the circumstances. Hilltop submits member information typically the next day after enrollment but it may take up to 72 hours for your information to propagate their system.
