Contact Keith by phone, text, or email to obtain the "New Customer" phone number. Customer service will furnish you with "Next Step" instructions. Here's the process:
- Call the “New Customer” number.
- Set up a new account and obtain the account number for the Hilltop membership form.
- If you own your underground tank: AmeriGas will dispatch a technician to test the anode bag. If it passes, they can deliver propane to it. If it fails, they will provide an estimate for repairs.
- If a competitor owns the underground tank: AmeriGas will send a technician to test the anode bag. If it passes, they will perform a "tank swap" and take over ownership of the tank. If it fails, they will provide an estimate for repairs.
